This is an opportunity to join the Investment Strategy Group (ISG) to acquire and develop the technical and core competencies to support the entire investment program, including: investment selection, fund and co-investment due diligence and monitoring, asset allocation, performance analysis, risk management, macro and market research, and portfolio strategy. Knowledge of Intacct and/or Adaptive is a plus.

Extensive experience with Microsoft suite of products preferred.

Master’s degree in business administration or finance, CPA or CFA designation are preferred.

Bachelor’s degree with concentration in accounting, economics, finance, or similar field.

Strong knowledge of accounting and corporate finance CPA a plus.

Works closely with team leads across the firm to understand individual business dynamics, trends and needs.

Work with Controller to forecast firm cash flows and manage firm cash activities (e.g., distributions of income to partners).

Key role in ICONIQ annual planning process, including departmental business plans, firm budget, corporate allocation review, etc.

Create the firm’s forecast on a monthly basis.

Play a key role in adhoc analyses to help senior leaders make timely and impactful decisions.

Quarterly Management Committee financial update.

Quarterly department-specific reports to provide insight into the performance of key business drivers.

Monthly and quarterly expense reports that provide transparency in spend against budget.

Monthly snapshot that highlights key firm and business unit metrics and performance.

Leads FP&A team that produces key financial reports on a monthly and quarterly-basis, with the goal of informing senior management about the financial performance of ICONIQ:.

Key responsibilities include managing FP&A team, further building out the FP&A function, oversight of the firm’s forecasting activities (which encompasses several divisions and dozens of teams, spanning 3 countries), annual budgeting process, creation of financial reports and regularly analyzing financial data to provide insights and help guide decisions.

The Head of FP&A manages the team and function that supports the CFO and Finance team’s efforts to provide senior leadership with high quality and timely financial information to guide decision making.
